FOOD THERAPY: Bone Broth can replenish “The ESSENCE of LIFE”

Take COOKED chicken bones and cut up with kitchen shears.  If your animal has a poor appetite add a little parsley.  Chop up raw carrots and celery.  Add one quarter cup white vinegar to extract the minerals from the bones.  Add water to top of pot and bring to a boil.  Then simmer for 6 hours.  Decant the liquid and leave the carrots, celery, parsley and bones behind.  You are only interested in the broth.  You may freeze small portions.  You may use an ice cube tray.  Give ¼ cup of unfrozen bone broth in morning and evening meals.  Give ½ cup of Bone Broth ALONE as a lunch treat.
